Baby Feeding Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind:

  • Lahbinii QuickFormula Baby Thermos
  • Portable USB Baby Milk Warmer 

These items involve feeding and liquid contact, therefore once opened, they cannot be resold

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item is faulty, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@lahbinii.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos showing the fault
  • A brief description

We may request the item to be returned for inspection.

Once confirmed faulty, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund, and we will cover the return postage.

Baby Bags & Accessories (30-Day Returns)

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all full-priced baby bags & accessories.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless faulty)
  • Refunds are processed once the product is received and approved

Refund Process

Refunds are processed once the items is inspected and approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

International Orders

For international returns:

  • Please use a trackable shipping service
  • Package items securely
  • Lahbinii is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit

Faulty items follow the same process as Australian orders.

Faulty,Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive:

  • A faulty product
  • A damaged product
  • The wrong item

Please notify us within 7 days with photos/videos.

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Natural variations (e.g.,leather markings)

If confirmed faulty, we will arrange:

  • Repair, or
  • Replacement, or
  • Refund

And we will also cover return shipping

Warranty

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty is void if the products:

  • Has been misused
  • Has been modified
  • Has been resold.

Your purchase is protected under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on this issue, you may be entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement for major failures
  • Repair or replacement for minor issues
  • Compensation for loss caused by a product fault
